Oh man. I remember when talking about myself was one of my favorite activities. I used to write in a journal thing several times a day, I used to fill out every goddamn survey I found in my inbox (back when surveys were still sent by e-mail), and I used to think that people genuinely cared about my predilections, attributes, and opinions.
I used to do and think a lot of things. This whole journal reads like a great big "used to". I used to write. I used to feel decent. I used to do more things than the subject of Journey's rock masterpiece "Anyway You Want It".
I haven't written jack shit in months, and that's alright, I suppose. I've been trying to get my life together, and I've failed rather miserably. But this afternoon, I'm well rested, and I feel great, so it's time to revitalize myself.
